The state's superintendent of public instruction's office has announced dates for various portions of the high school WASL. In an effort to guarantee fair and equal opportunities to all students in the state and to ensure the validity and accuracy of the results, the state requires schools to follow the same testing schedule. That schedule is shown below.

Week 1

  • Monday, March 10 - Writing Session 1
  • Tuesday, March 11 - Reading Session 1
  • Wednesday, March 12 - Writing Session 2
  • Thursday, March 13 - Reading Session 2
  • Friday, March 14 - Writing Session 3

Week 2

  • Tuesday, April 15 - Mathematics Session 1
  • Wednesday, April 16 - Mathematics Session 2
  • Thursday, April 17 - Science Session 1
  • Friday, April 18 - Science Session 2

In keeping with state guidelines, all assessments will begin as soon as reasonable, after the start of the regularly scheduled school day.
